How do I receive support for my plugin?

Simply log into the Member Portal and click on the support tab. Please submit all your questions, plugin issues, and feature requests there. We will promptly respond to all support requests Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM Mountain Standard Time (GMT-7).

 

Help! I've lost my member portal password!

If you need to reset the password for your Fly Plugins member portal account, simply navigate to the member portal login page and click on the "Lost your password?" link. The next screen will allow you to enter the email address associated with your Fly Plugins member portal account and then click "Get New Password". The email you receive will include a link to reset the password for your account. If you don't see the password reset email within a few minutes, be sure to check your junk or spam folders to see if it landed there.

 

Where can I submit a pre-sale question?

If you have a question regarding any of our plugins, please use the contact form below. We will respond very promptly.

 

How does your licensing model work?

You will need a license for each WordPress site you have. For example, if you have a top level domain and sub domain both running WordPress, you would need 2 licenses. Licenses include 1 year of updates and 1 year of support. License renewals are discounted at 30%.

 

Do you have an affiliate program?

Yes! We do have an affiliate program, however, the affiliate program is reserved for current customers only. If you are already a customer, you can log into the member portal and click on the Affiliates tab. Once you submit your application and it's approved, you will receive your affiliate link.

 

I'm having issues with the shopping cart...what now?

If you are having an issue with a purchase or an issue with any part of our website, please fill out the contact form below. We will respond promptly.

 

I have a suggestion for one of your plugins! Where can I submit it?

We owe the success of our plugins to our customers. It's because of suggestions from you that we have been able to create some of the best plugins on the market. If you have a suggestion, fill out the feature request form below. Thank you for sharing your ideas!

 

Can I upgrade my license?

Yes, you certainly can! To do so, log into the member portal, click on the License Keys menu item, and then click View Upgrades. The cost of the upgrade is only the difference in price from the license you currently have and the shopping cart will automatically calculate that for you.

 

Is Fly Plugins hiring?

We currently are not hiring, however, we are a rapidly growing company and we're always looking for talented individuals who might be a great fit for openings as they come up. If you have skills in customer service, technical support, WordPress/PHP development, or graphic design, please fill out our application form.
