We’re Celebrating a New Look!

Our latest website redesign brings a new look, a member dashboard, and enhanced support functionality!

Today, we’re thrilled to announce the launch of a newly-redesigned FlyPlugins.com, along with a few important updates for our customers.

We’ve worked hard to create a site that better serves our existing and prospective customers and we hope it delivers an outstanding user experience.

A New Look

When you log on to the new FlyPlugins.com, you’ll noticed a cleaner layout and navigation, along with new colors and branding.

At the top of the page, you’ll be able to easily find links to our products, support area, our affiliate program, and more.

Member Dashboard

One of the most important enhancements we’ve made to FlyPlugins.com was the addition of a member dashboard.

Within the member dashboard, you’ll be able to log in and:

*Retrieve your license keys for  any plugins you’ve purchased
*Unregister license keys to free them up for new domains if you move a plugin to a new site
*Upgrade your license keys from single-site to developer licenses

To access the Member Dashboard: 

1. Head to https://flyplugins.com/member-portal
2. Click the “Forgot My Password” link
3.. Be sure to enter the email address you used during checkout
4. You will be emailed your user name and password
5. Log in and enjoy!

New Support Area

We have completely re-designed our support experience to better address the needs of our customers. We’ve decided to eliminate the support forum and move everything to ZenDesk.

With ZenDesk, you’ll be able to log in and create a support ticket to request help. You’ll also be able to browse articles which discuss answers to common known issues to see if there’s already a solution to your request without having to wait for a support ticket to be answered. We’ll be continually adding to the knowledgebase, so don’t be concerned if it’s a little sparse at the start. 🙂

PLEASE NOTE: With the addition of the ZenDesk support system, we’ll be discontinuing the questions@flyplugins.com and support@flyplugins.com email addresses.

Pre-sales questions and inquiries can be directed to sales@flyplugins.com.

Support will now be handled from with in the member portal. Once logged in to the member portal, click the support tab and submit your support request.
