WPCW3dot8

Since day one here at Fly Plugins, one of our primary goals has been to allow our customers to take the lead in charting our development path.

We’re fortunate to hear from hundreds of clients each month regarding the features which would help them come closer to achieving their goals with our products.

Today, we’re thrilled to announce that we’ve finally delivered on the most highly requested feature for WP Courseware with version 3.8…

Content Drip Feed!

How Does it Work?

Screen Shot 2015-08-31 at 5.41.13 PMWith the new content drip feed functionality, you’ll be able to choose when your course units become available.

There are two options…

1. Select a date on which your content becomes available.

2. Select a number of days from the course start date.

This means no more reliance on a membership plugin to release your content at certain intervals.

What else?

WP Courseware will automatically email your students when new course content becomes available so they don’t need to keep logging back into the site.

Why Does This Matter?

A large number of studies done within the e-learning space have demonstrated that slowing down progress through an online course can increase the retention of learning content by up to 80%!

As an instructor, this means that you can greatly improve the success rate of your students!

Get it Now!

If you’re an existing WP Courseware license holder, simply log into your WordPress admin panel, go to “Installed Plugins”, and you’ll see WP Courseware version 3.8 waiting for you there!

Great! Thanks so much for adding drip feed functionality. I’ve been looking at various plugins, but it’s much better that you have integrated it.

    Bravo!

Thank you Barry! We are super excited for the latest addition to WP Courseware, with the new drip feed function . It has been one of our most requested features. Good luck with your course(s)!

Fortuitous timing! I’ve been looking at a way to implement this concept as a marketing tool for mini courses. Combined with your favorite membership plugin/service and a good optin funnel you can setup a marketing course that will be more effective and feature rich then those standalone services costing from $49/mo. and up!

      Hey Gary,
We are glad this will be useful to you. Good luck selling your course(s)!

As a non-techie, I have read, re-read, read again the comparisons between LMS plugins and themes. I have a Divi theme, so cross your fingers that WP courseware works without hassle. Also thank you for the Drop Feed feature. That was the deciding factor for me.

      Hi Caron,
We are glad you chose to go with WP Courseware. We have a pretty good track record of working well with most themes. Good luck with your courses!

Question about dripping course content… can I sync it up with automatic payments with MemberPress? Meaning every two weeks a payment is made AND new content is released?
