Yes. WP Courseware is translation-ready. Its text domain is wp-courseware.
Install an existing translation
Go to WP Courseware→Settings, open the Translation tab, and choose your language under Available Translations. WP Courseware downloads and installs it for you.
Create or edit your own translation
- Copy the template file
wp-courseware.potfrom thewp-courseware/languagesfolder. - Rename the copy
wp-courseware-{locale}.po, using your locale code. For example, a Spanish (Spain) translation iswp-courseware-es_ES.po. - Translate it with an editor such as Poedit (Windows and Mac). When you save, Poedit also creates the matching
.mofile. You can also use the free Loco Translate plugin, which works inside WordPress. - Upload both the .po and .mo files to /wp-content/languages/plugins/wp-courseware/. If that folder doesn’t exist, create it. Files stored here aren’t overwritten when you update the plugin.
